Customer Prospector Software (CPS) was developed to fill an unmet need within the banking industry.
While there are many software options for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or lead generation, there was not customizable software to fit the needs of individual, community banks. Each bank gathers different data on their customers. CPS is the only software that can be tailored to fit each business’ need. CPS was developed to help community banks and other small businesses be accurate and accountable to customers by ensuring that they understand the total situation and needs of the customer or prospective customer.
This software is not limited to use within the banking industry, it’s just where it all started.
This software was developed by Scott Krueger, founder and owner of Krueger
Technology Enterprises, Inc. He has owned and operated a computer
software consulting firm in West Central Minnesota since 2001. Scott graduated from college with a degree in computer programming, and has both successful entrepreneurial and corporate experience. He has been developing software for over 15 years.
